1. RVR Labs Products

Prompt Amplifier provides tools that help users create, structure, refine, and improve prompts using artificial intelligence and related software technologies.

USA Validity Tracker helps users organize important validity and expiration dates and receive reminders. It is an organizational and reminder tool and does not provide legal or immigration advice.

USA Validity Tracker stores member and tracker records locally on the user's device. Users are responsible for protecting their device and any backup files they export or share.

Features, functionality, availability, limits, and supported services may change as the product develops.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RVR Labs products. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age for you to use the service independently, you must satisfy that requirement or have any authorization required by applicable law.

3. Accounts

Certain features may be available through guest access, while other features may require a registered account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your account. You must provide accurate information when information is required to create or maintain an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse RVR Labs products. You may not:

• Use the service in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems.
• Attempt to bypass usage restrictions, credit systems, security mechanisms, or subscription controls.
• Use automated methods to abuse, overload, scrape, or improperly access the service.
• Use the service to intentionally facilitate harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with another person or organization.

5. User Content and Prompts

You are responsible for the prompts, instructions, text, and other content you submit to RVR Labs products.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content you provide and to use that content in connection with the service.

You grant RVR Labs the limited rights necessary to process submitted content for the purpose of operating and providing the requested features of RVR Labs products.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated or AI-assisted output may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, unexpected results, or errors. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating output before relying on, publishing, sharing, or otherwise using it.

RVR Labs products should not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional advice in areas such as legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other professional matters.

7. Credits and Usage Limits

RVR Labs products may use credits, quotas, or other usage limits to control access to certain features.

The number of credits provided, the way credits are consumed, and applicable usage limits may depend on your account type or subscription plan.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, unused credits may be subject to expiration, reset schedules, plan limits, or other service rules displayed within the application.

8. Premium Subscriptions and Purchases

RVR Labs products may offer optional paid subscriptions or premium features through Google Play.

Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and applicable subscription information will be presented through the application and/or Google Play before purchase.

Payments, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds processed through Google Play are also subject to the applicable Google Play terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

RVR Labs products, the RVR Labs name, application design, software, branding, graphics, interfaces, and other materials provided by RVR Labs are owned by or licensed to RVR Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of RVR Labs intellectual property to you.

10. Third-Party Services

RVR Labs products relies on third-party services and technology, including cloud infrastructure, authentication services, artificial intelligence services, and Google Play services.

Availability or functionality of parts of RVR Labs products may be affected by changes, outages, restrictions, or other events involving these third-party services.

11. Service Availability

We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that RVR Labs products will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product development, or other operational reasons.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RVR Labs products is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or reliability of AI-generated content.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RVR Labs LLC and its affiliates, members, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, RVR Labs products.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to RVR Labs products when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, security threats, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or risks to other users or the service.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of a registered account as described on our Delete Account page.

15. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services, features, business practices, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date where appropriate.

Continued use of RVR Labs products after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
