Delete Your Account
This page explains how users of Prompt Amplifier and My USA Validity Tracker can request deletion of an RVR Labs app account and associated cloud-held account data.
Request account deletion by email
Email RVR Labs LLC
Send your request from the email address associated with your app account whenever possible.
- Email contact@rvr-labs-llc.com.
- Use the subject "Account Deletion Request".
- Include the product name: Prompt Amplifier or USA Validity Tracker.
- State that you want the app account and associated cloud-held account data deleted.
- We may ask for information necessary to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
USA Validity Tracker local data
Member and tracker records in USA Validity Tracker are stored locally on your device and are not automatically uploaded to RVR Labs. An account-deletion request therefore applies to cloud-held account and service information, not copies of local tracker data that remain on your device.
To remove local tracker data, delete or clear the app's local data or uninstall the app, subject to your device's operating-system behavior. If you exported backup files, delete those files separately from every location where you chose to save or share them.
Cloud account and service data
After an eligible and verified deletion request is processed, RVR Labs will delete or disassociate applicable account information maintained for the requested product, subject to information we must or may retain for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or similar legitimate purposes.
Depending on the product, account-related data can include authentication/account information, service usage or credit information, and Premium entitlement records.
Subscriptions must be canceled separately
Deleting your RVR Labs app account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel the subscription through your Google Play account. If you subscribed through Apple's App Store, cancel the subscription through your Apple subscription settings. App-store billing and cancellation are managed by the applicable store.
