1. Products Covered

This policy applies to the following RVR Labs products:

• Prompt Amplifier — an AI-assisted prompt creation and refinement application.
• USA Validity Tracker — an application for tracking important validity and expiration dates and receiving reminders.

Different products process different information. Product-specific details are described below.

2. USA Validity Tracker — Local Data & Privacy

USA Validity Tracker is an organizational and reminder application designed to help users keep track of validity or expiration dates and receive reminders before those dates.

RVR Labs does not collect or store the immigration-related personal information contained in your documents. The app's tracking functionality does not require document numbers, passport numbers, visa numbers, A-Numbers, USCIS receipt numbers, Social Security numbers, copies or images of immigration documents, or similar immigration-related personal identifiers.

Tracker information you choose to enter is stored locally on your device and is not automatically uploaded to RVR Labs cloud servers. This local information may include member names or labels and relationships, tracker categories, validity or expiration dates, optional visa types, and custom tracker names.

The dates you provide are used to organize your trackers and schedule reminders so you can be notified before a tracked validity or expiration date.

3. USA Validity Tracker — Notifications

If you grant notification permission, the app schedules reminder notifications on your device for tracked dates. Notification content can include a member name or label and the applicable tracker category. These reminders are created using the device's local notification system.

4. USA Validity Tracker — Backup and Restore

The app can export a JSON backup containing local member and tracker records. The backup also includes an app account identifier used to associate the export with the signed-in account. The backup is created on the device and is shared or saved only to a destination you choose through the device's sharing interface. RVR Labs does not automatically upload exported backup files to our servers.

Importing a backup replaces the applicable local member and tracker records on the device. Login credentials, passwords, and Premium subscription entitlement are not restored from a backup.

Backup files may contain personal tracker information. You are responsible for choosing a secure location when storing or sharing them.

5. Accounts and Authentication

When a product requires or offers a registered account, we use Google Firebase Authentication. Account information may include your email address, Firebase user identifier, authentication status, and related information needed to provide and secure the account.

USA Validity Tracker's tracker and member records remain local to the device; signing in does not turn those local tracker records into cloud-stored tracker data.

6. Premium Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store, such as Google Play and, where offered, Apple's App Store. RVR Labs does not directly receive or store your complete payment card information from app-store transactions.

For USA Validity Tracker, our backend processes information needed to verify Premium access. This can include the Firebase user identifier, product and plan identifiers, subscription state, expiration time, auto-renewal status, acknowledgement status, and a cryptographic hash of the purchase token. The raw Google Play purchase token is not stored in our Premium entitlement database.

7. Prompt Amplifier

Prompt Amplifier may process:

• Account information used for authentication.
• Prompts, instructions, and other content submitted to AI-powered features.
• Information needed to manage credits, usage limits, and Premium access.
• Technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Content submitted to AI-powered features may be transmitted to service providers that perform the AI processing required to generate or refine the requested output. Do not include passwords, financial credentials, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information in prompts unless a feature expressly requires it.

8. How We Use Information

Depending on the product, we use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure the application.
• Authenticate users and maintain account functionality.
• Process AI requests in Prompt Amplifier.
• Verify subscriptions and provide Premium access.
• Prevent misuse, fraud, and unauthorized subscription sharing.
• Troubleshoot application and service issues.
• Respond to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests.

9. Service Providers

Depending on the product and platform, RVR Labs may use:

• Google Firebase for authentication and backend functionality.
• Google Cloud services for backend processing and subscription verification.
• Google Play for Android distribution, billing, subscriptions, and purchase verification.
• Apple App Store services for iOS distribution and purchases where applicable.
• AI service providers for Prompt Amplifier's AI-powered features.

These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

10. Data Sharing and Sale

RVR Labs does not sell your personal information.

Information may be disclosed to service providers when necessary to operate a product, process a request, verify a purchase, maintain security, comply with law, or protect the rights and safety of RVR Labs, our users, or others.

11. Data Retention

USA Validity Tracker member and tracker records remain on the device until you edit or delete them, clear the app's local data, uninstall the app, or replace them through an import, subject to device and operating-system behavior.

Cloud account, authentication, subscription-entitlement, and Prompt Amplifier service data may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement purposes.

12. Account Deletion

To request deletion of an RVR Labs app account and associated cloud-held account data, contact RVR Labs LLC by sending an email to contact@rvr-labs-llc.com from the email address associated with the account whenever possible. Include the product name and state that you are requesting account deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active app-store subscription. You must separately cancel the subscription through Google Play or Apple's App Store, as applicable.

Because USA Validity Tracker's member and tracker records are stored locally, deleting the cloud account does not by itself erase local tracker data or backup files you previously exported. Local data can be removed from the device by deleting/clearing the applicable app data or uninstalling the app, subject to device behavior. Copies of exported backups must be deleted from the locations where you chose to save them.

13. Immigration & Government Disclaimer

USA Validity Tracker is an independent organizational and reminder application. It does not provide legal or immigration advice and does not determine, verify, extend, renew, approve, deny, or otherwise affect any immigration status, visa, authorization, or government benefit.

RVR Labs LLC and USA Validity Tracker are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected with the United States Government, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Department of State, or any other government agency.

Users are responsible for verifying official immigration status, document validity, deadlines, requirements, and other information directly with the appropriate government agency or a qualified professional. App reminders are provided for convenience and should not be treated as an official government notice or legal deadline.

14. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No internet transmission, electronic storage system, or device storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

15. Children's Privacy

Our products are not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that information was collected in circumstances requiring deletion, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our products, practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date when appropriate.
